AG – 04 – 1-Agricultural Education Program Funding

WHEREAS the Future Farmers of America (FFA) programs, 4H programs, and other vocational programs are partially funded by the state and are administered under the Colorado Community College System (CCCS); and WHEREAS Colorado State University (CSU) provides technical support and training for the teachers and students and hosts most of the state competitions; and WHEREAS CSU has a very active FFA Alumni group which is involved with other universities and the National FFA organization in discussions of starting collegiate FFA chapters and competitions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Club 20 continues to support Agriculture Education, FFA, 4H, and other programs in our primary and secondary education system.
